What’s included
Individual Weekly Courses
Each course entails an hour-long live video session with Debbie in which you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions at the end. You’ll be assigned homework and will be asked to track your progress.
Working sessions
Throughout the course, you’ll be paired with another student or a coach to review and hone your work. This will also be an opportunity to grow in your collaboration and feedback skills.
End-of-course
Put what you have learned to work in the field. Collaborate using your DISC training. Keep up your daily/weekly/monthly catalog of STAR stories, DISC wins plus real-time feedback for continual improvement. It’s not just what you say, it’s what they say! Have the “Right Conversation” every time that is tailored to the customer/manager/interviewer you are working with. Break through the noise.
