Each team member takes a DISC assessment (personality and behavior type questions) lasting around 15-25 minutes. Then, we gather the data, whip up some colorful graphs, and craft personalized analyses specific to your team. The analyses are then used for an engaging, collaborative DISC workshop! Think of it as a safe space filled with laughter and camaraderie, where we playfully tease out the quirks and differences in your team dynamics. Together, we map out a roadmap for success, learning how to mesh our personalities like a well-oiled machine. It's all about boosting productivity, embracing diversity, and tackling challenges head-on with respect and creativity. The analyses can also be used as a tool for identifying gaps on your team and whether you have the “right people on the bus in the right seats.”
